Terms of Service

TaxHackAI is a planning tool for professionals who want a clearer view of statements, likely deductions, 1099s, and quarter gaps. These terms explain what the service is, what it is not, and what users agree to when they use it.

Planning tool only

TaxHackAI provides planning estimates and organizational tools. It does not replace a CPA, tax attorney, bookkeeper, or final filing review. Users remain responsible for confirming categories, deductions, and filing decisions.

Account and acceptable use

Users must provide accurate account information, protect their login, and use the service lawfully. Users may not misuse the platform, interfere with other accounts, reverse engineer protected systems, or upload harmful content.

Uploads and accuracy

TaxHackAI attempts to parse uploaded files and organize activity, but no parser or estimate is guaranteed to be perfect. Users should review flagged items and avoid treating the software as final tax advice.

Subscriptions and service changes

Free and Pro features may change over time. Paid access is billed through Stripe under the current subscription terms shown at checkout. TaxHackAI may update pricing, features, or service availability in the future.

Liability and contact

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TaxHackAI is provided as-is for planning purposes and is not responsible for tax outcomes, filing decisions, or indirect damages caused by misuse or reliance without review. For support, contact scottenrico@yahoo.com.
