Daily tax clarity for professionals
TaxHackAI is built to help professionals plan around taxes using uploaded statements, deductions, and 1099s. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how to request help or deletion.
TaxHackAI may collect account information, uploaded statements, uploaded 1099 images or PDFs, transaction records created from those uploads, set-aside history, deduction review decisions, and billing-related customer identifiers needed to maintain access.
The app uses uploaded data to estimate taxes, organize likely deductions, track quarter gaps, and keep 1099 totals separate from statement activity. Billing data is used to manage free and Pro access. Payment processing itself is handled by Stripe.
Uploaded files and derived records are stored for the signed-in account until the user deletes them, requests deletion, or the service needs to remove them for operational or legal reasons. Support requests may be retained as needed to resolve billing or account issues.
TaxHackAI may rely on service providers for hosting, payments, and optional AI extraction. Stripe handles payment processing. If analytics or AI extraction are enabled, only the information needed for those functions should be shared.
You can contact scottenrico@yahoo.com to request account help, billing help, or deletion requests. TaxHackAI is designed to keep uploaded tax-planning data tied to the signed-in account rather than shared publicly.
