TaxHackAI Pro is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe. This page explains how billing works, how cancellation is handled, and where to request help if something looks wrong.

How Pro billing works

TaxHackAI Pro is billed as a recurring subscription through Stripe at the price shown during checkout. Access continues while the subscription remains active and in good standing.

Cancellation and access

Users can cancel through the billing portal when available or by contacting support. Unless a different term is shown at checkout, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the paid period already covered.

Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a charge is incorrect, duplicated, or unauthorized, contact scottenrico@yahoo.com promptly so the billing record can be reviewed.

Failed or overdue payments

If Stripe reports a failed payment or a canceled subscription, TaxHackAI may remove Pro access and return the account to the free plan until billing is corrected.

Billing support

For billing questions, include the account email and approximate charge date when contacting scottenrico@yahoo.com. This helps match the Stripe customer record to the correct account faster.
